  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin in cold water.
  2. Heat mango purée with sugar and add half of the gelatin.
  3. Pour into glasses and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Repeat with coconut milk and remaining gelatin.
  5. Chill completely for 4 hours and serve with mint.
