Description
A refreshing gourmet dessert layered with mango purée and coconut milk, perfect for summer days or selling at events.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups mango purée
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp gelatin
- ½ cup sugar
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin in cold water.
- Heat mango purée with sugar and add half of the gelatin.
- Pour into glasses and chill for 30 minutes.
- Repeat with coconut milk and remaining gelatin.
- Chill completely for 4 hours and serve with mint.
